Blush is the first piece in "The Confluence" series. It sets the stage for everything that follows by looking at one big question: Can our digital lives and our love for nature truly fit together?

The artwork takes a familiar moment—the subtle shift of light just as the sun rises or sets—and captures that warm, fleeting beauty using modern tools. The title, Blush, speaks to the soft transformation of colour.

The piece is special because it is built in a way that proves its own idea. It is not just one material; it’s a perfect meeting point between the old and the new:

• It blends the messy, human energy of traditional oil paint with the sharp, precise look of a photograph printed onto metal.

• These two separate pieces are cut and fitted together, showing the natural texture and the cold, industrial material as two interlocking halves.
